First, I would like to apologize towards the two Deviantart user AspiringCreator and Alphagirl404 (Or whatever they names were pronounced). I'm sorry if my comments on they posts were a bit rude, I was just furious.
Mainly because I got annoyed by they lack of understanding of the current situation and in AC's case, lack of knowledge of the franchise.
For example, he called midi-chlorians the force, even though they're not.
Not to mention that some of his points were incredibly stupid,
like the fact that we should like the newer films, because of newer powers.
With that said, I didn't comment on they posts because they liked the newer films or anything.
I don't care weither they like these newer films or not!
My problem was they attitude how the franchise was handled.
When I said that the Star Wars fanbase isn't that bad, I meant that it wasn't a trainwreck like let's say, the Sonic or MLP fandom.
The main problem with the Star Wars fanbase is that they're at constant war with each other and sometimes take this franchise, which is mainly meant to entertain, too seriously.
I'm not just talking about the OT or George Lucas purists.
There are also shipping wars, Star Trek haters and the apologists aren't great either.
Granted, they're nowhere near as bad as the OT or George Lucas purists, but they're defently extremly annoying.
What I meant with that statement is that the Star Wars community is still repairable.
We just need to learn to be more civil.

And now, we get to the main topic I wanted to talk about.
First of all, the idea that Star Wars fans ruined Star Wars is stupid and you know it.
Yes, some fans can get quite scary (Isn't that right Jake Loyd?), but they don't have an affect on the franchise.
Now here's the thing, George Lucas is the creator of the series, so it's his universe. Even if his ideas might be stupid, it's his fantasy.
Disney on the other hand is a million dollar company, that can defend itself.
However, Disney isn't in charge of the series.
It's Lucasfilm.
So my main complaint will be how Lucasfilm handles the series.

1.) Star Wars overkill
Remember, back in the day, Star Wars was an event. You spent years, sometimes decades, waiting for the next movie to come out. People wrote fanfictions,
fan theories and so on. It was something to see in order to believe. Sure, it's silly seeing people treat a movie as the second coming, but it's still an amazing event.
While I wasn't there for Episode 1, since I was born in 1999, I was there for Episode 7. Hope you said goodbye to that, because now we have Star Wars overkill!
A new movie will be released each year, with no ending in sight!
And if that wasn't enough, say hello to being surrounded by endless merchandise!
So much so that some people have already grown sick of Star Wars!
Even Mark Hamill has complained about this!
There's a difference between simply trying to make money and downright milking the series.
Yes, Star Wars has always had a business side to it, but it was never to this extreme!

2.) The future of Star Wars
But don't worry! Lucasfilm knows how to handle the future of Star Wars! By getting rid of the Skywalker bloodline! You know, the heart of the franchise?!
Rogue One and Rebels have already proofen that people aren't as fond of the new characters, as much as the old ones.
People only remember that Vader hallway scene from Rogue One and people only watched Rebels for reacuring characters.
This already shows that George Lucas had a story in mind.
He at first wanted to tell the story of Luke Skywalker, but then he later changed that and made Anakin Skywalker the main character of the series.
He may didn't have everything planned out, but he at least knew that there should be a beginning, middle and ending.
Second of all, Lucasfilm does a piss poor job of passing the tortch.
For starters, Luke's entire character in Episode 8 was completly rushed and unsatisfying.
The idea of such a huge optimist becoming a grumpy old man, because of one little mistake was hard to grasp for countless people.
Because it's made clear that Kylo Ren is struggling.
Not only that, but the entire point of the OT, was that Luke Skywalker wouldn't do the same mistakes like his father.
And considering that he probably talked with Obi-Wan and his father quite a lot, he would probably know how to deal with Kylo Ren. Espeacially after he himself has been on the dark side!
And as a result, many people had a hard time believing that that was the same character!
Because this entire backstory is incredibly forced.
That's why it's a stupid idea to produce one movie after another.
Just like with video games, movies need to go through development.
What could have at least save this story, was that Luke should have trained Rey.
But instead, he hangs around on an island, doing nothing of interest.
Yes, he saves everyone in the end, but if you really think about it, Luke's arc could have been a lot better.
He doesn't teach Rey lessons, he doesn't appear as a wise old master.
And if you think about it, that's a giant flaw.
Because when Star Wars came out in 1977, people had forgotten about the classic hero of the old days.
The world was ruled by anti-heroes.
And then came Luke Skywalker.
A hero which many people could look up to and be inspired by.
He was a renaissance of a character!
Don't you think a character like that deserves a better farewell?
Then we've got Princess Leia.
And what can be said about her?
Episode 8 was Carrie Fischer's last movie and she did nothing of interest!
Same with Episode 7!
You could have literally written her out of both films!
To make matters worse they want to replace her with Meryl Streep!
Which I think is a huge insult to her character!
And they even claim that the fans want this, which only morons would believe!
Again Leia is not only a Skywalker, but a feminist icon!
Carrie deserved a better good bye!
And lastly, the biggest insult of all, Han Solo.
Now picture this: Han Solo cares about random strangers, but not his own flesh and blood!
That's right, he doesn't want to save Kylo Ren because he cares at least a little bit about his son.
He does it because Leia tells him to!
And he doesn't even get to be a father figure towards Rey!
How insulting can you be towards a character from your own series!?
With Luke Skywalker, they at least attempted to give him a redemption.
Han Solo dies without getting a redemption!
And to top it all off, this ruins the struggles Anakin, Obi-Wan, Yoda and many more went through as well.
It makes them seem meaningless.
Seriously Lucasfilm, for a company that wants to move on, you sure don't care about giving such respected characters a dignifying ending!

3.) SJW's everywhere
For starters, we have Chuck Wendig.
Saladin Ahmed makes every arab/muslime look bad. This guy really hates the Prequels by the way.                                          naboonews.wordpress.com/2017/1…
So what does Saladin Ahmed do in his free time?
And now we get some feminazi power!
J. J. Arbams, director of Episode 7 and 9 has a dream: He wants to have more diversity at the Oscar ceremony.
And having a company as diverse as the US.
He even gave his thoughts on what he thinks about 50% of the Star Wars fanbase!
www.indiewire.com/2018/02/jj-a…
And lastly, there's Rian Johnson. I think I better let the SJW's themselves explain this.
www.theguardian.com/commentisf…
And who is to blame for all of this? Kathleen Kennedy, current CEO of Lucasfilm.
www.hollywoodreporter.com/ramb…
Okay, as someone who leans more to the right...
I would like to quote german folk hero Karl Theodor Koerner: "Love and empathy have no color.".
Let's see: The highest grossing 2D animated movie is about LIONS and people from ALL OVER THE WORLD go watch blockbusters about AMERICANS.
Skin tone really doesn't matter.
Personality does.
It's okay to feel pride for your skin tone, but don't make a big deal about it, like the KKK does.
And common now people, Star Wars never had a problem with feminism.
There's Princess Leia, Ahsoka Tano, Queen Amidala, Barriss Offee, Mara Jade, just to name a few.
What Lucasfilm is doing isn't feminism, it's misandry.
By portraying woman as superior to men, you go against the main idea of equality.
I think BOOFIRE191 did a wonderful job disgussing this issue as well.
It's not just that they're preaching political extremist world views, they're also alienating they fans.
If you still don't think they're pushing an agenda, read this:

4.) Lack of creativity
I know what you're trying to say right now.
Yes, nothing is 100% original, but there's a difference between being unoriginal and being lazy.
When Disney decanonized the entire EU, I had no problem with it.
Since the EU was never really canon.
It was always gonna be retconned.
What I have a problem with, is that 80% of the new canon, is recycled EU material.
Kylo Ren = Jacen Solo
Rey = Jaina Solo/Kira from Star Wars Droids
Finn = Kyle Katarn
While other stuff is clearly stolen from the OT.
Episode 7 = Episode 4
Episode 8 = Episode 5
Episode 9 = Is probably gonna be Episode 6
BB-8 = R2-D2
Hux = Tarkin
Snoke = Palpatine
Phama = Boba Fett
Poe = Han Solo to some extent
I'm sorry, but what exactly was the point of erasing the EU, if you're just gonna rebuild it?!
This just further proofs that they didn't have any idea where to go with this franchise!

5.) And my final rant
The only thing Disney needs to apologize for, is putting Kathleen Kennedy in charge of Lucasfilm, handing the rights to Star Wars over to EA and the ton of shill articles for both TLJ and Solo (With that, I don't mean people who honestly enjoyed TLJ or Solo. I mean the ones who clearly got paid to say something positive. A la "This is why you're wrong about _____").
Disney actually gives the people in charge of Star Wars, as much creative freedom as they want.
The proof of that comes from the fact how others handle the franchise.
We've still got good old Dave Filoni (looking forward to Star Wars Resistance, I hope it will fix some of the problems of the Sequel Trilogy), the books are a mixed bag (on the one hand, Timothy Zahn returned and we also got great books like "Lords f the Sith", but on the other hand we've got Chuck Wendig's horrible Aftermath series and hardcore SJW's like Salad Ahmed) and then we've got Marvel.
I'm currently in love with Darth Vader (2017)! It has action, character development, beautiful artwork and even some great humor.
In fact, most of the newer Star wars comics are pretty good.
And were rightfully met with positive reviews.
Seriously, I highly recommend to read Darth Vader (2017)!
So yeah it really is Lucasfilm and EA who are at fault here.
For those who don't know who Kathleen Kennedy is, she is the current CEO of Lucasfilm.
And she is mainly responsible for all this SJW garbarge.
Yeah, nothing SJW-ish about that.
She's also the producer of each new film.
And how much power does she have? Well in her own words:
"The producer, in effect, has to work as a translator. You form a very tight relationship with the director and writer from the beginning,
and then you are constantly communicating to the various people that begin to come into the process, as you are trying to manage to hold on to a vision that needs to be communicated over a long period of time."
In other words, she has a ton of power.
So every mess up is basically also her fault.
And I don't care how much money these films make!
Michael Bay's Transformers movies make a ton of money, that doesn't mean they're good movies!
Quality is what matters!
And sucess doesn't excuse you from not taking any criticism!
I've already mentioned J. J. Abrams, but Rian Johnson is the worst offender.
And instead of listening to they fans,
they spent the day trolling them or go SJW on our *sses.
But it's okay, Andrew Dobson spent his entire life not taking criticism and look where he is now!
