Deviation Actions
So I guess my art got some attention, in real life.
Apparently people really like my artwork!
Including some professionals!
My apprentice ship didn't go anywhere though.
But at least I have still hopes for a future job.
So I'm currently set on the comic book industry.
Meaning that I have to work on a page and the story each day.
Which is harder than it sounds.
I hope the higher ups in the industry like my work.
I try to make the comic better than all my previous ones.
Plus, I'm gonna use computer programs instead of pencils.
Because I actually got my first comic book printed, which was colored with pencils and it looked absolutly awful!
That and the story wasn't that good when I look back om it.
That's why I'm not gonna upload it.
I will also try to draw backgrounds and action scenes.
Which I technically suck at.
So if you think I'm just sitting on the couch all day, think again!
My Opinion of MauLer
Ever since I brought up MauLer when I responded to AspiringCreator (again, I apologize for my behavior towards him), I have seen this ongoing debate about MauLer.
So what exactly do I think of him?
Well, first and foremost, I'm not a MauLer/EFAP fan, however, I do recommend his "A Critique of The Last Jedi" series, if people wanna know why half of the fandom didn't like it.
I agree that MauLer can be extremly nitpicky sometimes and yes, his videos don't have to be this long (hence, why I don't watch EFAP), but he is right about one thing: Art is NOT entirely subjective.
Because art is ultimatly still craftsmenship.
And I view art as 50% sub
Countryball's fandom is turning into Hetalia's!
Just look up "Countryhumans" and you see what I mean!
NOTE: I don't hate all Hetalia fans. As long as they're not shippers and have an interest in history, I'm fine with them.
Goodbye forever, Channel Awesome
I know that Channel Awesome never received that much backlash for they actions (sadly),
but Channel Awesome is defently dead to me.
I was never a big fan of Channel Awesome anyways.
Does that mean I'm gonna seperate art from the artist?
Nope!
That argument only works if the artist is dead.
I still have hope that karma hits the Walker brothers and Mike Michaud, someday.
Because real justice doesn't care who you are.
Popularity and talent can't erase sin.
Why I rarely respond to comments
Well, there are two reasons:
1.) I'm a scaredy cat
2.) I feel embarressed by some of my older comments/posts
I know, I know, it's rather pathetic.
But hey, it's better than to hide the comment section!
I'm sorry, but I have grown to dislike getting into arguments.
I don't wanna face certain people.
Not only that, but since I'm autistic, I'm easily offended.
That does not mean I can't take criticism!
In fact, I'm very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very self-critical.
I'm more often than not unhappy with my work.
Which is the main reason I'm such a scaredy cat about responding.
However, if you really wanna talk
